
May 16, 2025 – The International Low-altitude Economy Cooperation Alliance (ILCA) was officially inaugurated in Shenzhen, China, coinciding with the inaugural International Low-altitude Economy Cooperation Forum (ILCF). ILCA is an international, non-profit organization composed of global research institutions, enterprises, professionals, and stakeholders in the low-altitude economy sector, with the mission to advance the development of a global low-altitude economy ecosystem.
Headquartered in Hong Kong, China, and operating from the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, ILCA is committed to fostering the construction of a global low-altitude economy ecosystem by promoting technological standardization, international collaboration, and industrial integration. The alliance plays a pivotal role in consolidating resources and enhancing global exchanges across the sector.
ILCA’s core objectives include driving industry standardization, establishing international dialogue mechanisms, and empowering ecosystem development, with a focus on cultivating commercial applications such as low-altitude logistics, smart cultural tourism, and emergency rescue services. Its founding members comprise over 100 internationally renowned enterprises and research institutions.
