
May 30, 2025 - According to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange (SZSE) website, the initial public offering (IPO) application of Nanchang SanRui Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. (SanRui Intelligence) for listing on the ChiNext Board has been accepted. Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. serves as the sponsor, Lixin Certified Public Accountants (Special General Partnership) as the auditor, and Fangda Partners in Shanghai as the legal counsel.
Notably, SanRui Intelligence is the first company to have its ChiNext IPO application accepted in 2025. The prospectus reveals that SanRui Intelligence, founded in 2009, is a manufacturer of powertrain systems for drones and robots. Its core business encompasses the R&D, production, and sales of electric powertrain systems for drones and robots. The company is also actively expanding its product portfolio into electric vertical take-off and landing (eVTOL) aircraft powertrain systems.
According to the filing, SanRui Intelligence aims to raise approximately RMB 769 million through this share offering. The proceeds will be primarily allocated to:
- Capacity Expansion Project for Drone and Robot Powertrain Systems,
- R&D Center and Headquarters Construction Project, and
- Information System Upgrade and Intelligent Warehousing Center Construction Project.
Upon completion and full operation of the Capacity Expansion Project, the company expects to achieve significant annual capacity increases: 1 million units (standard equivalent) of motors, 800,000 units of electronic speed controllers (ESCs), and 800,000 units of propellers.
Regarding profitability, SanRui Intelligence reported net profit attributable to the parent company's shareholders (calculated based on the lower figure after excluding non-recurring gains and losses) of RMB 100.9178 million in 2022, RMB 161.7795 million in 2023, and RMB 320.5083 million in 2024.
As per a Frost & Sullivan industry research report, based on 2024 sales figures, SanRui Intelligence ranked second globally in the civil drone electric powertrain system market (excluding power batteries), trailing only DJI Innovations (SZ DJI Technology Co., Ltd.).
