Framework Guidance for Low-Altitude Economy Infrastructure Issued

On July 23, 2025, during the 2025 International Low-Altitude Economy Expo and Low-Altitude Economy Infrastructure Development Conference, the China Civil Airports Association officially released the Framework Guidance for Low-Altitude Economy Infrastructure (2025 Edition).

The Framework Guidance establishes a multi-level indicator system, categorized into four primary indicators:

1. Low-altitude air traffic management infrastructure;
2. Low-altitude takeoff and landing infrastructure;
3. Low-altitude industrial supporting infrastructure;
4. Low-altitude application scenario supporting infrastructure.
   These are further subdivided into twenty-one secondary indicators, clarifying research directions and development pathways for construction.
